Partner Success Specialist – Tier 1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional "White Glove" customer service to guarantee an outstanding onboarding experience for our clients.

• Oversee the implementation and onboarding processes for all new and renewing partners.

• Anticipate and understand the needs of our customers.

• Identify key decision makers, stakeholders, and end-users within the customer’s organization.

• Conduct engaging and thorough training sessions for customers to ensure their readiness for going live.

• Cultivate expertise in product knowledge to assist customers in quickly realizing value.

• Manage new client implementations through email, phone, and web-based tools.

• Monitor implementation tasks against a timeline and collaborate with internal staff to ensure timely goal achievement.

• Adopt a proactive, data-driven approach to ensure that customer adoption and usage metrics align with expectations.

• Recognize churn risks and devise proactive strategies to boost customer retention.

• Facilitate onboarding webinars for multiple customers, showcasing expert presentation skills.

• Performance will be assessed based on overall customer satisfaction metrics and retention rates.

• Collaborate closely with our sales team to oversee account management post-sale through renewal, addressing or delegating ongoing client inquiries.

• Provide continuous feedback to the Implementation team lead and department head on enhancing client onboarding and implementation success.

• Partner with Support and development teams to improve the product based on customer feedback.

• Deliver high-level customer support and communication, confidently addressing customer inquiries and guiding them to solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience with Teaching Strategies products and services is highly preferred.

• 2-4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Onboarding/Implementation, or Account Management with proven success examples.

• A Bachelor's Degree in business, education, or other related fields is required.

• Ability to communicate effectively at various levels with customers (i.e., technical/non-technical/management).

• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM solution is highly desired.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills are essential.

• A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences is required.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities are crucial.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.

• Effective organizational skills are necessary.

• Proficient presentation skills are required.
