
Partner Success Manager – Turkish Language Capability

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Drive quarterly cloud revenue growth by collaborating with assigned partners.
• Conduct territory analysis and planning for specific regions to identify top potential partners.
• Execute account planning with all managed partners, tailoring the level of detail based on the partner’s engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness.
• Provide training to both new and existing partners on current and new products.
• Guide each partner through the onboarding and enablement process, equipping them with necessary knowledge, resources, and tools.
• Inspire and empower partners to promote Acronis services to their existing customer base, attract new clients, and assist in retaining current customers.
• Enhance partner satisfaction by acting as a trusted advisor and the single point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle.
• Propel successful upsell and cross-sell initiatives with partners to increase the attach rate of new services.
• Make every effort to prevent churn and retain partners.
• Engage and coordinate all necessary internal resources to support the growth of dedicated partners.
• Profile each managed partner regarding the vendors and tools they sell/use, ensuring that all information is documented in the Partner Passport, with at least 80% of fields completed.
• Understand partner lifecycle management and lead partners through it via a series of regular activities focused on education, evangelism, and commitment.
• Maintain regular contact with every partner, adjusting frequency based on priority.
• Over 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry (Channel Sales, Partner Account Manager, or Channel Development role within a software vendor).
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Turkish.
• Demonstrated experience in a cybersecurity company, showcasing a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols.
• Extensive channel and field sales experience with a grasp of the cloud market business model.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and planning abilities.
• Strong internal customer focus with a keen desire to learn all facets of the business.
• High level of discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• A collaborative team player with a commitment to success and a never-give-up attitude.
