This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Act as the main representative for campsite partners, addressing inquiries through email, phone, and various digital platforms.
• Develop and oversee new campsite listings in close collaboration with internal teams.
• Guarantee a seamless onboarding experience and facilitate partner activation procedures.
• Offer ongoing support to partners throughout the onboarding stage.
• Ensure the maintenance of high-quality campsite data and content in partnership with the Product Data team.
• Track and enhance booking availability to optimize conversion rates and partner satisfaction.
• Identify and address technical or operational challenges that impact bookability.
• Demonstrated success in B2B support, partner success, or a similar operational role.
• Experience within call-center frameworks or fast-paced, high-volume support settings.
• Knowledge of connectivity systems (such as PMS or channel managers) and CRM software (preferably Salesforce).
• Exceptional coordination abilities and effective communication skills across internal teams.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach with an emphasis on partner needs and success.
• High level of empathy and a strong dedication to service excellence.
• Full professional proficiency in German and English (e.g., German C1 and English B2) is essential.
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a significant advantage.
