β’ Take charge of the effectiveness of transportation systems in your partner cities, acting as the main point of contact for executive city and agency leaders.
β’ Serve as a trusted consultant to partners, assisting in translating their operational challenges and community requirements into tangible service enhancements and revenue possibilities.
β’ Cultivate deep, enduring partnerships by pinpointing issues, offering solutions, and identifying opportunities for service development.
β’ Evaluate service performance metrics on a daily, weekly, and long-term basis to provide actionable insights that enhance quality, efficiency, and growth.
β’ Negotiate intricate, multi-year contract renewals and service expansions that boost year-over-year revenue across your portfolio.
β’ Internally advocate for your partners, promoting new products and capabilities that broaden the scope and scale of their services.
β’ Over 4 years of relevant experience in a client-facing capacity, whether in consulting, customer success, or a fast-growing technology firm.
β’ Strong quantitative skills and data proficiency; you quickly derive insightful conclusions from complex data sets and transform raw figures into clear, actionable suggestions.
β’ An entrepreneurial relationship developer who remains composed and thoughtful in politically sensitive, high-pressure situations.
β’ A dependable self-starter with a growth mindset; you excel in dynamic environments and are not discouraged by challenges or changes.
