β€’ Take charge of the effectiveness of transportation systems in your partner cities, acting as the main point of contact for executive city and agency leaders.

β€’ Serve as a trusted consultant to partners, assisting in translating their operational challenges and community requirements into tangible service enhancements and revenue possibilities.

β€’ Cultivate deep, enduring partnerships by pinpointing issues, offering solutions, and identifying opportunities for service development.

β€’ Evaluate service performance metrics on a daily, weekly, and long-term basis to provide actionable insights that enhance quality, efficiency, and growth.

β€’ Negotiate intricate, multi-year contract renewals and service expansions that boost year-over-year revenue across your portfolio.

β€’ Internally advocate for your partners, promoting new products and capabilities that broaden the scope and scale of their services.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 4 years of relevant experience in a client-facing capacity, whether in consulting, customer success, or a fast-growing technology firm.

β€’ Strong quantitative skills and data proficiency; you quickly derive insightful conclusions from complex data sets and transform raw figures into clear, actionable suggestions.

β€’ An entrepreneurial relationship developer who remains composed and thoughtful in politically sensitive, high-pressure situations.

β€’ A dependable self-starter with a growth mindset; you excel in dynamic environments and are not discouraged by challenges or changes.

β€’ A superb team collaborator who perceives success as a joint effort and takes pride in mentoring others while excelling as a strong individual contributor.
