This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• The Partner Success Manager (PSM) is tasked with safeguarding and sustaining recurring revenue within the partner channel ecosystem.
• Ensure the overall health of partners, facilitate successful renewals, and promote long-term value realization.
• Oversee the orchestration and execution of renewals, which includes planning cycles prior to renewal.
• Develop and uphold precise renewal forecasts and visibility into potential risks.
• Foster structured renewal governance and accountability among stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in managing renewals, retention, and models for recurring revenue.
• Strong forecasting capabilities with the aptitude to navigate risk and uncertainty.
• Experience in engaging with partner channel ecosystems.
• Ability to establish trust and influence partner stakeholders across various levels.
• 5-10 years of experience in Customer Success, Partner Success, Account Management, or related positions.
