This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with over 200 marketplace and strategic partners.
• Serve as the main point of contact for non-technical inquiries from partners.
• Ensure successful onboarding, activation, and ongoing engagement of partners.
• Proactively identify and resolve partner-related issues, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Foster partner accountability while ensuring alignment with Hostaway's processes and expectations.
• Take charge of onboarding and activating partners.
• Monitor partner activity, engagement, and operational performance.
• Organize and oversee partner communications, including updates, campaigns, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Partnerships teams to address partner issues.
• Spot gaps in workflows and suggest process enhancements.
• 3-5 years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, or SaaS Operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in a remote, asynchronous SaaS environment.
• Availability to work with EST overlap and flexibility across time zones as necessary.
• Strong ownership mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Practical experience using collaboration and support tools like Slack and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Nice-to-Haves: Experience in SaaS startups or roles involving partner interactions.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Monday.com, or Asana.
• Experience in supporting partner communications, campaigns, or enablement initiatives.
• Exposure to email marketing or newsletters (e.g., HubSpot).
• Experience working collaboratively with Product, Marketing, and Support teams.
