This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Manage accounts to facilitate post-sales processes.
• Monitor your accounts for trends and overall health.
• Implement value-based account management to ensure our customers benefit from top features.
• Timely address all product-related inquiries.
• Educate customers on effective product usage.
• Provide feedback from customers to Product/R&D to assist in identifying potential new features or products.
• Analyze customer needs and develop mitigation plans with additional features to fulfill their requirements.
• Establish and promote best practices.
• Strong technical background with experience in cybersecurity.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in a cybersecurity startup is a significant advantage.
• Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer, Product Manager (outbound), or Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience.
• International experience with security vendors.
• Ability to understand customer needs and propose timely solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• High proficiency in English.
• Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
