This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Take ownership of the overall success of a portfolio of strategic partners in the South East Asia and South Asia regions.
• Activate, grow, and retain partners, ensuring they not only integrate our solutions but also effectively monetize and operationalize them within their ecosystem.
• Lead the onboarding process to guarantee quick and successful partner launches.
• Drive integration efforts, internal enablement, and initial use case development.
• Ensure that partners actively utilize and promote our solutions.
• Integrate our products into partner workflows, sales strategies, and support operations.
• Collaborate across departments (Product, Engineering, Sales) to address any obstacles.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding partnerships.
• Enhance attach rates and partner-driven Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
• Develop and implement joint growth strategies customized for each partner.
• Monitor the health, engagement, and performance of partners.
• Actively work to mitigate churn risks and foster long-term value.
• Expand our presence within partner organizations (new teams, use cases).
• Support go-to-market strategies (campaigns, launches, promotions).
• Equip partner sales teams with effective positioning, messaging, and playbooks.
• Represent the partner's voice internally, providing regional insights.
• 3–6+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, or Account Management within SaaS, Hosting, Cloud, or Infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrated experience working with partners in South East Asia or South Asia, or within these markets.
• Familiarity with Hosting Service Providers (HSPs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), or channel-based business models.
• Proven track record of driving partner growth and retention successfully.
• Strong commercial acumen (revenue, expansion, and growth).
• Capable of operationalizing partnerships beyond mere relationship management.
• Proficient in building and executing Go-To-Market strategies with partners.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management across both technical and business teams.
• Data-driven in decision-making and prioritization processes.
• Ability to navigate the cultural and business nuances of SEA and South Asia.
• Proficiency in at least one relevant local language (business level required).
• Fluent in English.
