This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Assist in managing ongoing operations with a diverse range of partners, which include banks, law firms, funds, and cryptocurrency exchanges;
• Oversee all platform activities to ensure that essential KPIs, such as completeness, conversion, and turnaround times, are met;
• Compile and present weekly and monthly partner metrics during team and company updates;
• Organize and facilitate platform demonstrations for key individuals within the partner network;
• Propose, execute, and cultivate innovative methods to enhance the efficiency of the partnership function through new tools and processes;
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with key contacts in our partner network to promote collaboration and long-lasting partnerships;
• Document and relay partner inquiries and feedback to the relevant Circit teams;
• Collaborate closely with customer success and support teams to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of issues related to the partner network;
• Identify opportunities for deeper integration and collaboration within our partner network and arrange demonstrations for the broader partnership team;
• 2-3 years of experience in a comparable role;
• An outstanding communicator who can confidently engage with partners in the banking, law, and fund sectors;
• A driven individual focused on consistently achieving key performance metrics;
• An entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiastic about your role and the company's potential;
• Thrives in collaborative settings while also capable of making independent decisions;
• Enjoys being part of a collective that supports each other in reaching shared goals;
• Maintains a positive yet realistic approach to work;
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities;
• Proficiency in French is a distinct advantage;
• A continuous learner eager to enhance skills and knowledge;
• A strong interest in technological innovation, fintech, and cryptocurrency;
• Experience in a growth-stage SaaS environment is beneficial;
• Background in the fintech, banking, or audit industry is advantageous;
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
