Partner Success Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support 1099 service partners with their onboarding process and account management.

• Track service dashboards and proactively provide real-time assistance.

• Address inquiries from delivery partners via Gladly through phone, email, and text.

• Validate internal data to make informed decisions regarding 1099 account status.

• Communicate operational challenges to local warehouse teams and operations managers.

• Diagnose technical issues and provide clear outcomes and solutions.

• Manage priorities in a dynamic and high-pressure setting.

• Recognize trends in customer communications to develop actionable feedback and improve company processes.

• Maintain a professional and friendly communication style.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Report to a Partner Success Lead and collaborate closely with leadership to assist Service Partners.

• Flexible schedule with a willingness to work on weekends.

• Comfortable and experienced with smartphone applications on iOS and Android platforms.

• An undergraduate degree or equivalent is preferred.

• Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are an advantage.
