This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Conduct platform onboarding sessions and training workshops with faculty, instructional designers, and LMS administrators at partner universities, customizing each session to fit the audience.
• Assist with LMS configuration and the technical setup of FeedbackFruits tools across your account portfolio, adeptly navigating various platforms and troubleshooting independently.
• Develop adoption data summaries and usage reports that transform raw metrics into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams during partner discussions, renewal conversations, and product feedback loops, ensuring the APAC perspective is represented.
• Lead pilot implementations from the initial setup to conversion, ensuring that complex, multi-stakeholder projects stay on track with strict timelines.
• Elevate partner issues to Support and Product teams, serving as the APAC voice internally and ensuring that field feedback influences team operations.
• Travel to partner campuses, regional conferences, and company events in Amsterdam, representing FeedbackFruits confidently in every setting.
• You possess at least a year of experience in a client-facing role, such as customer success, L&D, event management, or hospitality, and understand the importance of delivering high-quality work under pressure.
• You have a genuine curiosity about how institutions function and how learning occurs; you ask insightful questions and use the responses to refine your approach.
• You are skilled at managing group dynamics. Whether leading a small faculty session or conducting a comprehensive training for an instructional design team, you communicate effectively and adjust your presentation style to suit the audience.
• You are self-motivated and an innate problem-solver, seeking root causes instead of settling for superficial solutions. You thrive in uncertain situations, prefer to explore new platforms independently rather than wait for guidance, and know to research first before asking questions.
• You take initiative and responsibility without needing reminders. When you commit to following up, you do so, and those who depend on you notice the difference.
• You exude warmth and positive energy in every interaction with partners; it’s simply part of your nature.
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Technology, or a related field, and possess excellent written and spoken business English; experience in higher education or EdTech, as well as familiarity with an LMS like Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, or Brightspace, is a significant advantage, along with proficiency in an additional APAC language.
• You are located in Sydney or Melbourne and are willing and able to travel to partner institutions throughout the region, attend conferences, and travel to Amsterdam for company events.
• 25 days of annual leave.
• 3 days of volunteering leave per year.
• AUD $900 Learning & Development budget annually, along with 3 days of paid leave for learning purposes.
• A day off to celebrate your birthday.
• Unlimited access to mental health support through the OpenUp service (available within the EU, US, and AUS).
• 12% superannuation contribution in addition to base salary.
• Annual on-target-variable bonus: 20% of annual salary.
