Partner – Strategy Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Providing strategic advice to companies and key decision-makers during critical situations.

• Taking charge of client engagements and playing an active role in their development.

• Analyzing complex business challenges and converting them into materials suitable for decision-making.

• Discovering new engagement opportunities and cultivating client relationships.

• Establishing thought leadership and guiding the development of consultants.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree.

• A degree from a globally recognized university, particularly from a prestigious business school or elite institution such as Harvard or an equivalent, is advantageous.

• Multiple years of relevant experience in consulting, industry, financial services, law, or a similarly rigorous environment.

• Ability to communicate complex information confidently to senior executives.

• Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level, both spoken and written.

• Excellent command of the German language.

• A professional qualification (e.g., bar admission) or eligibility for judicial appointment is a plus.
