This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Develop the next evolution of Hex's partner function as an integral part of its go-to-market strategy.
• Create and manage technical enablement curricula for Hex's SI/consulting partner ecosystem, which includes certification tracks, workshops, sandbox environments, and reusable reference materials.
• Construct and uphold a library of partner-facing demos.
• Conduct technical onboarding for new partners, which includes kickoff enablement, joint solutioning sessions, and architecture assessments.
• Provide recurring live and recorded training sessions, workshops, and office hours.
• Act as the technical liaison for key partners on complex or strategic deals, offering proof-of-value support, architecture design, and addressing technical objections.
• Generate partner-focused technical documentation, including solution briefs, implementation guides, best-practice manuals, and demo scripts.
• Relay technical feedback from partner interactions to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Monitor and report on partner enablement metrics, such as certifications, demo independence, and time-to-first-deal, linked to partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
• Over 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
• Preferably, experience in enabling channel, SI, or consulting partners.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Comfortable in creating and demonstrating end-to-end analytics workflows in a notebook-style environment.
• Experience in designing training curricula or enablement programs from the ground up.
• Excellent skills in live presentations and demos.
• Familiarity with the modern data stack, including Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and Fivetran.
• Understanding of how SI partners scope and staff analytics projects.
• Proven ability to build trust with partner practice leads, solution architects, and delivery teams in consulting/SI firms.
• Strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to building.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25–30% of the time.
• Must be located in San Francisco, New York City, or other areas within the United States / US time zones.
