This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquire knowledge of Saviynt products through training, applying relevant methodologies and procedures for the Partner-facing role.
• Create and present technical demonstrations to showcase enterprise solutions, configuration ease, architectural simplicity, and workflow intelligence, fostering partner interaction and displaying exceptional presentation skills.
• Clearly articulate solution value to both business and technical audiences, ensuring satisfaction of prospective Partner/customer requirements and inquiries.
• Collaborate with Partners to develop technical solutions that enhance the sales of Saviynt products and services.
• Maintain effective communication with business development and partner directors, proactively managing and prioritizing key regional opportunities.
• Routinely provide feedback on solutions and competitive intelligence from the field to Saviynt's product management, solutions strategy, and marketing teams.
• Willingness to travel as necessary within your territory.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related fields, or equivalent knowledge demonstrated through technical certifications from ISACA, (ISC)², AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Security Engineer, etc.
• At least 2 years of prior experience in Solutions Engineering or Implementation.
• Proven success in enabling both new and existing partners/distributors.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Domain expertise in Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, Application GRC, and/or Cloud Security is preferred.
• Experience in the Identity Governance and Administration domain, with a solid understanding of concepts like Identity Life Cycle Management, Entitlements Management, Access Request, Workflow, Policy and Role Management, Access Certification, Audit, Reporting/Analytics, and Deployment Scenarios is desirable.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills that enable rapid assessment of needs and solution selling through sophisticated Partners.
• Responsible for managing technical team relationships with both existing and prospective partners.
• Exemplary technical capabilities that allow for configuration and quick problem-solving in the field, including:
• Experience with database queries in a relational database environment (MySQL and Elastic Search).
• Basic knowledge of Groovy, PowerShell, and Graph API.
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth/2, SCIM, OpenID, WS-Trust, SPNEGO, x.509, SPML, Kerberos, REST, JSON, and others that support Single Sign-On (SSO), ID federation, etc.
• Understanding of data governance concepts and compliance regulations like GDPR & CCPA.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and security frameworks such as SOX, NERC-CIP, HIPAA, Cobit, Center for Internet Security (CIS), Cloud Security Alliance, NIST, PCI, etc.
• Experience with AzureAD, Okta UD, JumpCloud, OneLogin, PingDirectory, Active Directory, eDirectory, Oracle Internet Directory, Radiant Logic, and other Cloud/LDAP/Virtual directories.
• Basic understanding of networking technologies such as HTTP, TCP/IP, firewalls, and encryption.
