Partner Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop partner-led offerings that are pre-defined, utilizing PANW's next-generation security platforms.

• Suggest advisory services, implementation strategies, and/or managed offers along with best practices tailored to the requirements interpreted from the partner.

• Aid the Business Development team in assessing the technical capabilities of partners, both before the development of offers and prior to their launch.

• Act as a trusted advisor by providing technical enablement and support for relevant partner personnel through partner-specific webinars, workshops, and ongoing discussions.

• Generate and influence technical documentation for the processes and enhancements involved in offer development.

• Sustain, improve, and refine partner offerings throughout their lifecycle by incorporating new capabilities.

• Collaborate with internal technical teams and act as a subject matter expert on technical partner offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in a technical role with systems integrators and/or enterprise customers.

• Proven experience in selling, demonstrating, installing, and/or troubleshooting cloud security products.

• Familiarity with both hardware and cloud-based security platforms is advantageous.

• Experience with Cloud Security technologies, including Runtime Security and CNAPP (DevSecOps, IaC, CloudOps), along with related components.

• Experience with log management and SIEM is considered a plus.

• Demonstrated experience in developing, managing, and/or supporting technical offers with SP, MSSP, and/or GSI partners.

• Preferred experience in technical documentation.

• Strong understanding of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt in fast-paced, dynamic environments while influencing decision-making.

• A Bachelor of Science degree or higher and/or relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCSP, CCSK) are preferred.
