This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
β’ Develop collaborative value propositions and narratives that illustrate how Entrust capabilities align with partner offerings, market access, and customer priorities.
β’ Tailor product and solution messaging to address the specific needs of partners, industries, accounts, and stages of the buyer journey.
β’ Craft industry-targeted partner narratives and use cases for key markets and audiences.
β’ Facilitate reviews involving Brand, Product, Sales, and partner stakeholders.
β’ Design joint pitch presentations, solution brochures, executive messaging frameworks, and customer-facing slides.
β’ Produce enablement content for partners and Entrust sellers, including talk tracks, FAQs, objection handling, solution overviews, and training materials.
β’ Develop reference architecture narratives in collaboration with product, solutions, technical, and partner subject-matter experts.
β’ Create joint customer success stories and key proof points.
β’ Maintain partner-centric assets that are consistent with Entrust messaging and brand standards.
β’ Assist in generating content and copy for partner-specific solution pages, integration pages, content hubs, marketplace resources, and sales resource centers.
β’ Work with integrated marketing and field marketing teams on campaign briefs, messaging, content needs, and asset reuse.
β’ Generate partner-specific content for account-based marketing, field marketing, partner campaigns, and opportunity acceleration.
β’ Utilize AI responsibly to enhance research, synthesis, ideation, and content development, ensuring that the final output is accurate, unique, and maintains a human touch.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, partner marketing, solutions engineering, or a related B2B technology role.
β’ Proven experience in creating messaging, positioning, sales enablement, and customer-facing content for cybersecurity, cloud solutions, identity and access management, or enterprise software solutions.
β’ Strong ability to grasp and articulate technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, authentication flows, cloud architectures, or security frameworks.
β’ Experience collaborating with product management, solutions engineering, sales, and external technology partners.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Marketing, or a related field.
β’ An equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will also be acceptable.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the US or Canada and hold unrestricted work authorization for either country.
β’ Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Verification (IDV), authentication, data security, cybersecurity, or cloud security.
β’ Experience supporting strategic partnerships involving hyperscalers, GSIs, technology alliances, ISVs, and/or technology alliance partners.
β’ Preferred location is in the Eastern or Central time zone.
β’ A Master's degree in a STEM discipline and/or relevant certifications in cloud, cybersecurity, identity, or product marketing is preferred.
