This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in enhancing and streamlining back-end partner operations related to recruiting, onboarding, growth, and renewals.
• Continuously refine operational processes to improve partner satisfaction and internal effectiveness.
• Lead the quote-to-order workflow for partner agreements, ensuring seamless collaboration across systems and teams for rapid and precise execution.
• Oversee and enhance renewal workflows to boost retention rates, reduce churn, and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Implement proactive renewal management strategies (e.g., daily/visual management) to avoid overdue or missed renewals.
• Create and execute automated workflows to decrease manual labor and enhance the scalability of partner support.
• Utilize the Fortive Business System (FBS), Lean, or similar frameworks to perpetually enhance processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Record and update standard procedures for quoting, renewals, and partner operations.
• Manage lead routing, tracking, and attribution for opportunities driven by partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact with technical teams for the development, ongoing management, and resolution of issues related to the partner portal.
• Propel enhancements to the portal to boost usability, self-service, and partner engagement.
• Refine and operationalize the partner onboarding program to expedite time-to-revenue.
• Collaborate with the Enablement team to produce scalable onboarding and training materials.
• Develop systems to monitor onboarding progress, completion rates, and performance metrics.
• Work alongside leadership to implement evolving partner program structures, policies, and requirements.
• Ensure that systems, processes, and reporting mechanisms can grow to accommodate future program advancements.
• Over 5 years of experience in Partner Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, ideally within a SaaS or channel-driven context.
• Extensive experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and partner portals.
• Proficient in quote and renewal processing.
• Proven expertise in workflow automation, process design, and optimization.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Established track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and fostering alignment.
• Capability to function both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Experience in supporting large-scale channel/partner ecosystems.
• Understanding of deal registration, renewal management, and partner lifecycle workflows.
• Background in optimizing or scaling partner programs.
