Partner Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee individual sales quotas, focusing on opportunities sourced by partners and closing sales.

• Work alongside partners to identify, qualify, and expedite strategic sales initiatives.

• Create detailed account plans with premier partners to enhance TiDB's visibility and boost sales velocity.

• Provide accurate forecasts and updates regarding partner pipelines and quota achievements.

• Recruit, onboard, and oversee strategic channel partners (resellers, SIs, distributors), primarily aligned with targeted cloud vendors.

• Foster executive-level relationships with key stakeholders at Azure, Alibaba Cloud, and their leading partners.

• Develop joint go-to-market strategies, enablement initiatives, and co-selling activities to enhance TiDB adoption through the partner ecosystem.

• Ensure partners are equipped, certified, and motivated to effectively sell TiDB products.

• Adapt partner go-to-market strategies for the designated territory.

• Implement collaborative marketing campaigns, events, and programs to accelerate the sales pipeline.

• Offer market insights regarding competitive trends, pricing, and partner needs.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of enterprise or cloud sales experience, including at least 4 years in partner-led or channel sales roles.

• A proven record of meeting quotas through sales in cloud marketplaces, distributors, SIs, or MSPs.

• Strong relationships with Azure or other hyperscaler field teams and partner organizations.

• Experience in selling data infrastructure, databases, SaaS platforms, or cloud-native technologies.

• Demonstrated capability in recruiting, managing, and scaling a high-performing channel partner network.

• Fluency in Portuguese is highly preferred, depending on the region.

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup setting is preferred.
