This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Establish and nurture a robust network of commercial partners, serving as a business consultant for resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances.
• Track performance metrics, productivity, and conversion rates for each channel to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
• Formulate and execute expansion strategies to enhance profit and sales while collaborating closely with partners.
• Offer continuous support to partners through the provision of educational materials and training on products and sales methodologies.
• Operate as a proactive hunter—identifying and presenting beneficial solutions to partners to strengthen indirect sales channels.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable discipline.
• Engagement in sales communities or professional networks associated with the technology industry and indirect sales.
• Capability to adapt to fast-paced, evolving environments with a focus on achieving results and professional advancement.
• Strong and effective communication, collaboration, and influencing abilities, along with strategic thinking, proactivity, and independence.
• Demonstrated experience in indirect channel sales with a strong emphasis on achieving results and meeting targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, for managing accounts and tracking sales performance.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, enabling the development of strong, enduring relationships with partners.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple demands efficiently.
• Proactive approach: actively pursuing opportunities and enhancements, with the initiative to spearhead new projects and initiatives.
• Capability to analyze and interpret performance data to guide strategic decision-making.
• Basic understanding of fintechs or financial products is beneficial, though not mandatory.
• Familiarity with the dynamics of reseller and distributor sales, fostering mutual growth.
