This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.
• Identify and establish strategic ecosystem partnerships throughout Europe, emphasizing Fleet, Fuel, and Mobility sectors.
• Formulate entry strategies for new sub-verticals and use cases within the ecosystem.
• Position Enfuce as the preferred issuing partner in partner propositions.
• Collaborate with Mastercard and Visa to address market demand and deliver solutions effectively.
• Develop and implement partner acquisition strategies that open new distribution channels.
• Work with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to craft joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Generate a pipeline of ecosystem-driven opportunities beyond simply signed partnerships.
• Provide market insights to enhance Enfuce's vertical and partner strategies.
• Proven experience in cultivating partnerships within the payments, embedded finance, or platform ecosystems.
• Background in working with or selling into sectors where payments are integrated into operational workflows (e.g., fleet, mobility, fuel, logistics, or similar).
• A relevant professional network.
• Strong aptitude for building relationships and establishing credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on generating long-term ecosystem value.
• Experience in structuring partnerships that involve co-selling, distribution, or embedded solutions.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to create opportunities from the ground up.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous, with a preference for Italian, Spanish, or French.
