This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership of pipeline and bookings targets sourced and influenced by partners.
• Provide technical and sales training to partner organizations.
• Advise partners on monetization strategies, business models, differentiation, and growth practices.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for partner inquiries.
• Orchestrate and energize the partner ecosystem.
• Develop co-selling and co-marketing strategies, including MDF allocation, joint webinars, and demand-generation campaigns aimed at IT/security buyers.
• Track partner pipeline, win rates, and revenue from renewals and expansions.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to align on growth strategies.
• Engage company resources and senior executives to foster strategic partnerships.
• Promote company products and services as integral components of partners’ offerings.
• Meet assigned sales quotas for company products, services, and software.
• Create and oversee the company’s deal funnel with partners, converting leads into collaborative sales activities.
• Provide business rationale and risk assessments for company investments in partner relations.
• Recruit and cultivate relationships with new partners.
• A minimum of 10 years of partner sales experience within the software industry.
• Proven experience in developing outcome-based strategic plans with partners for business growth.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with account teams for unified account management.
• In-depth understanding of pipeline management principles and the ability to communicate their advantages.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI and automation tools to streamline administrative tasks.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for achieving results.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Keen attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
