This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of and achieve a regional revenue target for bookings sourced and influenced by partners.
• Work closely with the India field sales teams to integrate partners into major account strategies and sales cycles.
• Develop and implement effective joint sales strategies with hyperscalers, SIs, ISVs, OEMs, and channel partners to broaden ClickHouse’s reach and accelerate the sales pipeline.
• Act as the main partner sales contact for India, ensuring coordination between regional sellers, partners’ field teams, and global partner initiatives.
• Create and implement joint account plans, campaigns, and demand-generation activities with priority partners.
• Manage joint forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting to ensure partner contributions are properly tracked and acknowledged.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic system integrator (SI) partnerships that can both generate new opportunities and facilitate successful implementations.
• Establish joint go-to-market strategies, delivery frameworks, and enablement paths to guarantee scalable, repeatable customer success.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance SI delivery readiness and certification.
• Partner closely with global and regional Partner, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of partner strategies, programs, and field execution.
• Work alongside Product and Solutions Engineering to aid partner-led projects and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Represent the voice of the India partner ecosystem, offering feedback and insights to influence ClickHouse’s broader partner strategy.
• Maintain precise partner pipeline data, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key partners and internal stakeholders.
• Continuously enhance partner engagement models based on insights derived from data and field feedback.
• Experienced Sales & Partnerships Professional: Over 12 years in enterprise software sales, channel sales, or strategic alliances; preferably within the cloud, data, or analytics sectors.
• Quota-Carrying Performer: Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales and revenue goals through partner ecosystems.
• Partner-Savvy: In-depth understanding of hyperscaler (AWS, GCP, Azure), SI, and channel partner models—including co-sell, marketplace, and resale approaches.
• Strategic + Tactical Operator: Capable of developing go-to-market strategies while also being hands-on in driving execution with field and partner teams.
• Strong Communicator & Influencer: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with both internal and external stakeholders at executive levels.
• Relationship Builder: Proficient at navigating intricate partner organizations, aligning incentives, and cultivating long-term, trust-based relationships.
• Self-Starter with Grit: Functions independently, excels in fast-paced environments, and delivers results without extensive structure.
• Collaborative Team Player: Works harmoniously across sales, marketing, product, and partner functions; receptive to coaching and feedback.
