Partner Sales Director

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Partner Account Managers in the ANZ region, ensuring they consistently surpass performance goals.

• Cultivate a culture of accountability, teamwork, and ongoing development within the team.

• Provide clear vision, execution discipline, and measurable results for partner engagement initiatives.

• Create and implement a comprehensive partner strategy for ANZ to enhance revenue, pipeline, and market share.

• Identify, recruit, and expand strategic reseller and distribution partnerships.

• Develop and execute collaborative business plans with key partners to boost sell-through and facilitate long-term growth.

• Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with key partners, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic counterpart.

• Lead intricate contract negotiations and partnership agreements that align with shared business objectives.

• Enhance Pure Storage’s value proposition within the partner ecosystem.

• Collaborate closely with ANZ Sales leadership, District Managers, and Account Executives to synchronize territory plans and achieve joint success.

• Work together with Partner and Field Marketing to design and implement impactful programs, campaigns, and events that drive demand and broaden reach.

• Actively represent Pure Storage at industry events, partner engagements, and executive forums.

• Establish scalable processes, best practices, and performance metrics to enhance partner productivity and ROI.

• Promote consistent pipeline generation, forecast precision, and business visibility across the partner landscape.

• Continuously evaluate market dynamics to uncover new growth opportunities and competitive advantages.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading and scaling partner sales teams in the ANZ region, including managing senior leaders.

• Strong history of building, developing, and expanding reseller and distributor ecosystems.

• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through channel initiatives and expanding the sales pipeline.

• Ability to assess, plan, and implement territory and partner strategies that enhance revenue and operational efficiency.

• Strong business acumen with experience in joint business planning, contract negotiation, and partner investment strategies.

• Executive presence with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners at senior levels.

• Excellent communication skills, with a talent for articulating value propositions and aligning complex organizations.

• Passionate about driving transformation and promoting innovative technologies.

• Customer-centric mindset focused on fostering long-term success for both partners and customers.

• Competitive, self-driven, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
