Partner Sales Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and implement the onboarding process for MSP and VAR partners, ensuring a seamless, timely, and scalable experience.

• Serve as the primary support contact for partner users, efficiently resolving issues related to PRM and Reseller Tools with a customer-centric approach.

• Drive Sales success by assisting in opportunity setup, CPQ creation, and managing deals from pipeline to closure.

• Generate impactful recurring and ad hoc reports that enhance visibility into partner performance, pipeline health, and operational effectiveness.

• Develop and maintain technical training materials and documentation to empower MSPs and minimize support challenges.

• Ensure the integrity of CRM data by proactively reviewing, updating, and organizing partner and customer records.

• Accurately manage and process partner purchase orders with urgency to support revenue recognition and partner satisfaction.

• Identify, suggest, and implement process enhancements that boost operational efficiency and improve the partner experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Partner Operations, Sales Operations, or Channel Operations.

• Confident and effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills in English.

• A strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to execute tasks while continuously enhancing workflows.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, encompassing reporting, data management, and analytics.

• Proven capability to solve problems, manage multiple priorities, and deliver measurable outcomes.

• Strong analytical and technical abilities; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required (experience with Business Objects or similar tools is a plus).
