📋 Description

• Become a subject matter expert on ClassLink products, services, partnership models, and the K-12 education technology landscape.

• Take ownership of the partner lifecycle for a designated portfolio, encompassing outreach, discovery, onboarding, technical integration, certification, launch readiness, ongoing relationship management, and strategic partnership evaluations.

• Foster trusted relationships with executive, business, technical, implementation, support, and customer-facing teams within partner organizations.

• Direct and manage SSO and roster integrations by coordinating requirements, testing, dependencies, timelines, documentation, and launch readiness with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Convert integration requirements and technical information into clear next steps for audiences with varying technical expertise.

• Gain a deep understanding of each partner’s business model, objectives, customer needs, and operational structure; identify opportunities to enhance adoption, engagement, efficiency, and mutual value.

• Resolve partner issues by identifying root causes, coordinating escalations, managing expectations, and driving issues to resolution with clear accountability and follow-through.

• Maintain proactive and consistent communication while effectively managing a high volume of workload, which may include over 75 emails per day, meetings, integration milestones, requests, deadlines, and competing priorities.

• Lead presentations, webinars, training sessions, discovery calls, and partnership reviews with confidence and excellent facilitation skills.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Integrations, Client Services, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and other teams to support partner and company goals.

• Keep accurate records of partner details, contacts, milestones, risks, action items, and opportunities in Salesforce and other operational systems.

• Develop and enhance partner programs, documentation, workflows, and scalable processes; contribute to special initiatives and mentor team members as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing B2B SaaS or EdTech partners or strategic accounts, including responsibilities related to technical onboarding, integration projects, ongoing relationship management, and issue resolution.

• Strong understanding of the K-12 EdTech ecosystem, particularly regarding how districts evaluate, purchase, implement, secure, and support digital applications, as well as how vendors integrate with SIS, LMS, rostering, and identity platforms.

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, external-facing projects and juggling multiple partners, priorities, deadlines, and escalations in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) is highly preferred.

• Technical and Business Acumen: While production coding is not required, candidates should possess a technical curiosity and be comfortable reading integration documentation, understanding data flows, discussing endpoints and authentication, troubleshooting functionally, and coordinating with engineers.

• Familiarity with SSO and rostering concepts, including SAML, OAuth/OIDC, OneRoster, APIs, SIS, LMS, identity and access management, authentication, and secure data exchange; ability to quickly learn ClassLink-specific processes.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to link technical implementation decisions to partner operations, customer impact, financial models, risk, and long-term strategy.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to investigate issues, ask the right questions, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar business and project management tools; experience utilizing AI or automation to enhance workflows is a bonus.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex or technical information clearly, accurately, and in an actionable manner.

• Strong presentation, facilitation, and storytelling capabilities; comfortable presenting to small groups, large audiences, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.

• A natural relationship builder who values connecting with people and companies, earning trust, listening attentively, and creating shared solutions.

• Proven ability to influence without direct authority, navigate challenging conversations, manage expectations, and collaborate across organizational boundaries.

• Self-directed, accountable, highly organized, and effective in a virtual work environment; comfortable working independently while maintaining close connections with a collaborative team.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
