This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide telephone support and maintenance for current partner contacts.
• Conduct proactive outreach calls to activate and reactivate partners.
• Establish new connections within the intermediary/agency sector through research and initial engagement.
• Develop and nurture trusted, personal relationships.
• Identify partner needs and relay relevant opportunities to the Sales team.
• Maintain structured documentation of all activities in the CRM system.
• Continuously build and enhance our partner pipeline.
• Proven experience in telephone customer outreach (including outbound calls, cold calling, or account management).
• Possess a natural, friendly, and confident demeanor on the phone.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for relationship building.
• Organized working style and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to engage in conversations, actively listen, and recognize needs.
• Basic knowledge of digital topics (such as UX, IT, or platforms) is advantageous.
