This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and enhance relationships with key partners to identify effective strategies for engaging their members, including email outreach, seasonal campaigns, events, and various activation channels.
• Take ownership of comprehensive campaign plans for existing partners, including tailored activations for top-tier accounts and scalable campaigns for mid-sized and smaller organizations.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create assets, ensure efficient launches, and develop repeatable campaign concepts.
• Lead ongoing activation initiatives across Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners, involving outreach to current team experts to promote re-shares, referrals, and organic growth.
• Manage the growth objectives for member acquisition driven by existing partners, encompassing reporting, attribution, and campaign performance analysis.
• Clearly articulate what strategies are effective, what needs improvement, and where to reallocate efforts to achieve better results.
• Utilize AI writing, productivity, and analytical tools to enhance efficiency without compromising quality.
• Develop workflows that optimize the creation, testing, and iteration of partner campaigns and content.
• 4–7 years of experience in partner marketing, partnerships, partner operations, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or account management.
• Demonstrated ability to establish trust with external partners, strengthen existing relationships, and discover new methods to engage their audiences.
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple accounts, partners, or audiences at scale.
• Capability to create repeatable campaign concepts and scalable playbooks, rather than just executing one-off activations.
• Strong collaboration abilities, with experience working closely alongside Marketing, Sales, and external partners to implement campaigns and achieve results.
• Proficient in AI tools, with practical experience using platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar for content creation, campaign planning, analysis, or workflow automation.
• Analytical and KPI-focused, with the capacity to interpret performance data, identify effective strategies, and adjust efforts toward high-impact opportunities.
• Excellent written communication skills, enabling clear interaction with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience with partnerships in Military, Healthcare, Law Enforcement, Fire & Rescue, or similar audience-based sectors is preferred but not required.

• This position allows for full remote work, with an expectation that team members adhere to our standard work hours schedule from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm MT, Monday through Friday (unless otherwise communicated).
