Partner Program Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in partner operations while ensuring the integrity of partner data.

• Facilitate partner onboarding, communication, and enablement initiatives.

• Oversee the OpenSesame Certified program.

• Generate regular partner reports and dashboards.

• Aid in the administration of monthly Partner SPIFF.

• Maintain standard operating procedures, templates, documentation, and internal knowledge assets.

• Take ownership of ongoing partner operational processes with minimal supervision.

• Recognize automation prospects and suggest process enhancements.

• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Business Systems to optimize workflows.

• Enhance reporting, documentation, and self-service tools.

• Assist with cross-functional partner initiatives and program rollouts.

• Work in partnership with Marketing, Finance, Business Systems, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
