Partner Operations – AI Automation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Identify obstacles in both partner-facing and internal processes; devise, document, and implement comprehensive improvements.

• Take ownership of partner operations process mapping, spearhead process improvement initiatives, and assess impact against efficiency and margin objectives.

• Discover opportunities to lower COGS expenditure, enhance cost traceability, and assist in contract negotiations with pertinent data.

• Manage the complete partner journey, refine tools, and elevate partner satisfaction and engagement.

• Design, develop, and launch AI agents and automated workflows throughout partner operations.

• Utilize AI tools, including Claude, Gemini, and automation platforms, for operational tasks.

• Establish AI and automation frameworks within OEM operations, the Partner Journey, and the Partner Portal.

• Implement AI grounding, prompt design, and output validation techniques.

• Maintain, configure, and enhance Salesforce, Jira, Partner Portal, Crossbeam, and associated systems.

• Contribute to tool selection, deployment, and maintenance, including evaluations for the Partner Portal rebuild.

• Generate Salesforce and Jira reports and dashboards, oversee workflow logic, and reconcile data across systems.

• Extract, cleanse, and analyze data to inform partner program decisions.

• Lead the planning and execution of the Partner Portal rebuild, rollout of AI/automation, and enhancements to partner programs.

• Assume responsibility for project scopes, timelines, and accountability tracking across cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with Channel, Salesforce, and Engineering teams to articulate needs, requirements, and solutions.

• Act as the primary contact for partner operations tools, managing requests and communications with partners.

• Cultivate a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment.

• Practical experience in building and implementing AI agents or automated workflows.

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce: including reports, dashboards, workflow rules, data objects, and cross-system reconciliation.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• A strong desire and enthusiasm for working in a high-volume office setting.

• Capability to multitask and swiftly shift focus as needed.

• Proficient in navigating unstructured data, defining new processes, and adapting to changing business priorities in dynamic environments.

• Ability to execute multi-step tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

• Exceptional teamwork, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

• Over 5 years of experience in Business systems management, Sales operations, Process Improvement, or Partner Management.

• Proficient in Jira for project and issue tracking, including workflow configuration and cross-team collaboration.

• Familiarity with Drupal or Drupal PaaS is highly advantageous.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in Google Suite applications.

• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.

• Experience with process improvement initiatives.

• Familiarity with enterprise BI/reporting software such as Domo is a plus.
