This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Educate and empower partners located in Korea, providing an exceptional industry-leading experience.
• Assess product readiness, offers, pages, and overall build quality.
• Equip partners with essential tools and information to facilitate release planning.
• Ensure transparency regarding release status and potential risks to internal stakeholders.
• Train partners to fully utilize store features, including Cloud Saves and Account Services.
• Implement standardized tools and processes to ensure seamless collaboration and a consistent user experience.
• Exhibit ownership and accountability in managing tasks effectively.
• Actively share insights and contribute to the enhancement of tools and processes.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, partner operations, release management, production, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity while effectively prioritizing and completing tasks with minimal supervision.
• Outstanding communication skills with experience in engaging external partners, managing stakeholders, and communicating across different time zones.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Native or business-level proficiency in Korean and English, with a proven capability to support external partners in their language and navigate cross-cultural communication.
• Conversational proficiency in Japanese.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Deep understanding of Korean business culture, with a strong preference for individuals with prior experience in the gaming release process within this context.
• Willingness to occasionally adjust work hours to accommodate both a US-based team and APAC-based partners as required.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Salesforce is preferred.
• Preference for candidates with foundational technical knowledge or a desire to learn.
• This position welcomes applicants who are interested in relocating to Japan, with visa support available.
