Partner Network Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You cultivate robust partnerships and consistently enhance our network of qualified skilled-trade companies.

• As a Network Manager (m/f/d), you integrate acquisition, relationship management, and a focus on quality to ensure enduring collaboration with our service partners.

• In your role, you are tasked with developing a network of tradespeople in plumbing, installation, heating technology, and electrical/electrotechnical services, concentrating on identifying, recruiting, supporting, and advancing trade companies as service partners.

• By employing targeted market development and effectively utilizing partner recruitment strategies, you serve as a liaison between Homeserve’s internal trades teams and external partners.

• Your duties involve onboarding new partner companies, providing follow-up feedback, and conducting regular meetings to guarantee quality control and adherence to standards.

• On a daily basis, you will manage, develop, and connect with partner companies in Northern and Central Germany, particularly focusing on fostering commitment, loyalty, and a sense of community, such as organizing partner meetups.

• Working closely with the operational teams and the sales department, you will report directly to the Operations Director to ensure efficient and seamless coordination.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

• A valid driving license (Class B).

• Completed vocational training, preferably in a trade.

• Experience in fieldwork.

• Sales experience.

• Understanding of trade processes.

• Capable of engaging in constructive discussions.
