This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Define and spearhead Beghou’s strategy for Medical Affairs Enablement, ensuring alignment with company-wide data, analytics, and AI capabilities.
• Design and expand distinctive offerings focused on:
• Enabling medical operations, including sizing, alignment, deployment, and performance assessment.
• Identifying Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and synthesizing strategic insights.
• Capturing medical insights, utilizing advanced analytics, and implementing AI-driven use cases.
• Establishing early-stage CRM and data frameworks for medical teams.
• Creating operating models that enhance integration between Medical and Commercial sectors.
• Act as a strategic consultant to Heads of Medical Affairs, leaders in Medical Operations, and executive stakeholders, especially within emerging biotech and launch-stage companies.
• Oversee intricate client engagements, ensuring quantifiable operational and commercial outcomes.
• Develop and promote repeatable frameworks, intellectual property, and delivery playbooks that can scale across clients and enhance Beghou’s market distinction.
• Collaborate closely with leaders in Commercial, Value and Access, Data Science, and Product to shape cohesive, insight-driven go-to-market strategies.
• Build market credibility and contribute to thought leadership that positions Beghou as a contemporary partner in medical enablement.
• Drive business development initiatives and independently generate new client opportunities.
• Over 15 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Operations, or related advisory roles in the life sciences sector.
• Proven leadership experience in Medical Affairs or consulting settings with direct involvement with field medical teams.
• Profound understanding of the role of Medical Affairs in launch, early lifecycle, and specialty commercialization models.
• Experience in designing or optimizing frameworks for medical team sizing, deployment, alignment, or performance measurement.
• Strong knowledge of KOL strategies, medical insight capture processes, and analytics enablement.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, data infrastructure, and AI-driven insight synthesis.
• Demonstrated ability to establish executive credibility and cultivate long-term client relationships.
• A successful track record in winning and leading strategic consulting projects.
• Capability to function within a commercially oriented pyramid structure and collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, data science, and commercialization teams.
