This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of partner activation initiatives for Tipalti's strategic partners, fostering partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through collaborative marketing efforts.
• Develop annual joint marketing strategies with essential partners, ensuring alignment on business objectives, campaign schedules, and financial commitments.
• Oversee Tipalti's Market Development Funds (MDF) program, which includes planning, approvals, budget oversight, execution, and ROI analysis.
• Create and implement comprehensive co-marketing campaigns.
• Manage joint webinars from start to finish, covering content creation, speaker coordination, promotion, execution, and follow-up.
• Organize and execute partner events, such as executive dinners, regional gatherings, and partner activities at industry conferences.
• Cultivate relationships with Alliance Managers and partner marketing teams to discover opportunities and execute collaborative initiatives.
• Collaborate with Alliances leadership to prioritize investments among the most valuable partners and align marketing efforts with revenue objectives.
• Monitor program performance and report on partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and campaign pipeline metrics.
• Report directly to the Director of Partner Marketing.
• 5+ years of experience in partner marketing within B2B SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise technology sectors.
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS, FinTech, financial services, or a related field.
• Familiarity with ERP, accounting, finance, or financial operations solutions is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement marketing programs that yield measurable business outcomes.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a clear and concise communication style.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and assessing program ROI.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners effectively.
• Experience in developing AI-powered workflows across campaigns, content, research, and reporting.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a sense of ownership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Moderate overnight travel expected (10–20%).
• Ability to work standard business hours within the designated geographic area and time zone.
• Flexibility to coordinate schedules across time zones with internal teams, customers, and partners.
