This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of partner activation initiatives for Tipalti's strategic partners, fostering pipeline growth through co-marketing strategies.
• Develop annual joint marketing strategies with significant partners, ensuring alignment on business objectives, campaign schedules, and investment commitments.
• Oversee Tipalti's Market Development Funds (MDF) program, which includes planning, approvals, budget oversight, execution, and ROI analysis.
• Create and implement comprehensive co-marketing campaigns.
• Manage joint webinars from start to finish, encompassing content creation, speaker coordination, promotion, execution, and follow-up.
• Organize and execute partner events, such as executive dinners, regional gatherings, and partner activities at industry conferences.
• Cultivate solid relationships with Alliance Managers and partner marketing teams to identify opportunities and carry out joint initiatives.
• Collaborate with Alliances leadership to prioritize investments with high-value partners and synchronize marketing efforts with revenue objectives.
• Monitor program performance and report on partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and campaign-driven pipeline.
• Manage programs from strategy through execution, evaluate performance, and continually optimize for effectiveness.
• Report to the Director of Partner Marketing.
• Over 5 years of experience in partner marketing within B2B SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise technology sectors.
• More than 2 years of experience in SaaS, FinTech, financial services, or a related field.
• Familiarity with ERP, accounting, finance, or financial operations solutions is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing programs that yield measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, characterized by a clear and concise style.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and evaluating program ROI.
• Highly collaborative, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners effectively.
• Proven experience in creating AI-driven workflows to enhance output across campaigns, content, research, and reporting.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Moderate overnight travel expected (10–20%).
• Standard workweek business hours aligned with geographic location and time zone.
• Flexibility to coordinate schedules across different time zones with internal teams and external clients and contacts.
