• Implement the agreed-upon partnerships marketing strategy across HR, Legal, and Tech sectors.
• Serve as the primary marketing liaison for partner communities, ensuring a consistent and professional representation.
• Oversee the content delivery into partner channels by briefing and managing subject matter experts and marketing content creators.
• Manage the complete process of webinars, including scheduling, speaker coordination, promotion, and follow-up.
• Ensure consistent brand visibility through partner newsletters, social media platforms, and community channels.
• Monitor discussions within the community to grasp priorities, inquiries, and engagement trends.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Program Manager to brainstorm and execute Thomas-hosted partner events, while also supporting participation at partner events (both virtual and in-person).
• Guarantee that all activities incorporate appropriate lead capture and follow-up procedures.
• Track leads generated from partner communities and facilitate their transition to Sales.
• Maintain delivery schedules, assess performance, and share insights with the Marketing and Partnerships teams.
• Work collaboratively across Partnerships, Content, Design, Product, and Sales teams.
• Proven experience in B2B partnerships or community marketing roles.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects at once.
• Commercially astute, recognizing how marketing activities contribute to pipeline and revenue generation.
• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across various teams.
• Proficient in using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities are subject to change.
