This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +28 more states.
• Oversee partner-driven marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies that align with common business goals.
• Take responsibility for comprehensive campaign execution, which includes demand generation, integrated digital efforts, and synchronized partner marketing activities.
• Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF), encompassing planning, approvals, agency collaboration, execution, and assessment of ROI.
• Convert strategic objectives into actionable marketing plans, campaign playbooks, briefs, and materials for partner enablement.
• Activate and oversee vendor and agency networks to implement MDF-funded campaigns on a large scale.
• Act as the primary marketing consultant for partners through regular check-ins, go-to-market planning, and performance assessments.
• Lead performance reporting and optimization efforts in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Facilitate partner engagement with marketing platforms and tools through training, sharing best practices, and providing operational support.
• Assist partners throughout the Asia Pacific & Japan region.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct marketing experience focused on partner-driven marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution.
• Proven track record in managing MDF programs, including execution through agencies/vendors and measuring ROI.
• Experience in formulating and implementing go-to-market strategies with partners or third-party ecosystems.
• Background in B2B, technology, or agency settings is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and a performance-oriented approach.
• Ability to interpret data into actionable insights and optimizations.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Highly organized and focused on execution.
• Capability to manage multiple partners, campaigns, and timelines concurrently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience working with partners across the Asia Pacific & Japan region is preferred.
• Experience in collaborating within geographically diverse, cross-cultural settings.
