• Develop and convey integrated partner marketing strategies that align with LATAM pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Create and implement co-marketing activities (events, workshops, campaigns, webinars) that enhance partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
• Activate and customize Tanium corporate campaigns and sales initiatives with partners to boost regional relevance and scalability.
• Execute programs in close collaboration with Partner Sales, Geo Sales leadership, LATAM Marketing, and Global Partner Marketing.
• Oversee agencies and vendors to guarantee timely and budget-compliant delivery across various LATAM countries.
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure robust post-program follow-up and progression of opportunities.
• Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) with a strong emphasis on efficiency and return on investment.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics for all partner marketing activities.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on program performance, pipeline contribution, and insights to regional and global stakeholders.
• Achieve consistent growth in partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in key LATAM markets.
• Provide clear and justifiable ROI for partner marketing investments.
• Ensure strong operational alignment between partner marketing execution and sales activities.
• Develop scalable partner programs that can be replicated across countries and partners.
• Skillfully deliver presentations to partners and executive leadership within the region.
• Over 5 years of experience in partner, channel, or field marketing in the B2B technology sector.
• Demonstrated success in executing partner marketing programs that involve “to, through, and with” strategies.
• Experience managing marketing initiatives across multiple countries or regions.
• Familiarity with working alongside management based in the USA.
• Strong skills in program management, analytical thinking, and communication.
• Ability to operate effectively within a matrixed, global organization.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
• 5 days of volunteer time off (VTO).
