Partner Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +40 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main marketing liaison for key channel partners, distributors, and reseller relationships throughout North America and EMEA.

• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and the Partner Sales team to formulate and implement joint go-to-market strategies that align with growth objectives.

• Oversee a substantial volume of partner marketing activities, requests, campaigns, and enablement initiatives across various stakeholders and regions.

• Plan and execute co-branded marketing campaigns, which include webinars, virtual events, email campaigns, digital programs, field marketing initiatives, and partner-driven demand generation efforts.

• Organize partner involvement in industry events, trade shows, partner conferences, and regional marketing activities.

• Manage and monitor MDF (Market Development Funds), incentive and co-marketing programs, including proposal evaluations, budget oversight, ROI assessment, and reporting.

• Work alongside marketing stakeholders to tailor messaging, content, and campaign materials for channel partner utilization.

• Create partner-oriented sales and marketing resources, including campaign toolkits, presentations, and enablement materials.

• Enhance partner engagement through consistent communication, marketing planning meetings, and quarterly business reviews.

• Track and report on partner marketing performance metrics, such as campaign engagement, lead generation, pipeline influence, and ROI.

• Contribute to the enhancement and scalability of partner engagement processes, workflows, and operational efficiency as the channel organization expands.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, alliance marketing, or field marketing within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software setting.

• Proven track record of working with technology resellers, distributors, VARs, MSPs, or channel partners.

• Strong knowledge of channel go-to-market models and partner sales ecosystems.

• Experience in managing co-marketing campaigns, partner programs, MDF budgets, and joint go-to-market initiatives.

• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder requests in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, product marketing, and partner organizations.

• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
