This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee the complete management and execution of campaigns across paid, earned, and partner-owned channels, which include email, social media, direct mail, and content.
• Coordinate campaign execution schedules and ensure alignment between internal teams, external agencies, and partners.
• Compile and analyze campaign performance across designated channels, utilizing recent results for forecasts with new partners.
• Collaborate closely with legal and compliance teams to guarantee accurate and efficient approval and tracking of marketing materials.
• Ensure effective collaboration with creative agencies by clearly defining and managing expectations, deliverables, and associated costs.
• Work in tandem with fulfillment partners to maintain proper collateral stock and internal tracking.
• Oversee the Digital Asset Management resource for the team, along with support from the internal agency.
• Introduce innovative ideas and strategies to promote B2B and B2B2C growth while enhancing partner relationships.
• Undertake additional duties and special projects as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or partner marketing.
• A proven history of developing and executing successful marketing strategies across multiple distribution partners.
• Capability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in web analytics and partner tracking tools, such as Google Analytics and Salesforce.
• Ability to deliver executive-level sales presentations using PowerPoint.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
