• Lead the marketing launch initiatives for new partners and facilitate ongoing engagement through targeted campaigns and continuous programs.
• Assist the Partner Marketing Lead in the annual co-marketing strategy with key partners, effectively balancing major campaigns with ongoing initiatives.
• Oversee the daily execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, marketplace, and more, encompassing cross-merchant activities.
• Serve as the primary marketing contact for marketing leads, fostering and enhancing those external relationships.
• Collaborate with Partner Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on objectives and to expand our partnerships.
• Work closely with the Partner Success team, keeping them updated on marketing best practices, while sharing playbooks and insights gathered from our portfolio.
• Develop and maintain both internal processes and external documentation to ensure timely launches of a high volume of partner campaigns.
• Embrace a test-and-learn approach across creative concepts, utilizing both paid and organic channels, along with partner playbooks, while quickly iterating on successful strategies.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Marketing generalist skilled in managing comprehensive campaigns that involve creative asset development, performance tracking, social media, CRM, events, and more.
• Proven history of executing integrated co-marketing campaigns across multiple channels and partners simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented individual focused on timely campaign launches and fulfilling partner requirements.
• Thrives in dynamic environments, quickly adapts to changes, and takes personal responsibility for hands-on execution.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, comfortable presenting ideas and collaborating with both internal and external teams.
• Creatively inspired, with a keen awareness of culture and consumer behavior.
• Owner mentality: highly inquisitive, challenges existing processes, and possesses a strong bias for action.
• Experience in consumer brands or within B2B2C organizations.
