Partner Hub Manager, Marketplace

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the complete partner journey within the Seller Central / Partner Hub and create a scalable self-service experience for our marketplace partners.

• You will gather, prioritize, and organize requirements from Business Development, Technical Integration, Customer Success, and direct partner feedback.

• You will convert business requirements into distinct user stories, problem statements, and user flows, collaborating closely with Product and Tech teams for implementation.

• You will assess pertinent KPIs such as onboarding duration, self-service rate, Seller NPS, and ticket reduction, deriving data-driven enhancements.

• You will pinpoint automation opportunities and process enhancements to minimize manual work and sustainably elevate the partner experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in product, platform, or marketplace settings.

• You have experience with self-service platforms or partner-centric tools and have a solid understanding of digital user journeys.

• You exhibit an analytical and structured approach to work, alongside a good grasp of technical systems and platform logic.

• You enjoy working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders from both business and technical backgrounds, valuing open communication within the team.
