Partner Hub Manager – Marketplace

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You are responsible for overseeing the complete partner journey within the Seller Central / Partner Hub, consistently enhancing the self-service experience for marketplace partners.

• You gather, organize, and prioritize requirements from Business Development, Technical Integration, Customer Success, and direct partner feedback.

• You convert business requirements into well-defined user stories, problem statements, and user flows while working closely with Product and Tech teams.

• You establish and track essential KPIs such as onboarding speed, self-service adoption, seller NPS, and ticket reduction to facilitate continuous improvement.

• You discover opportunities for automation and process enhancements to minimize manual onboarding efforts and enrich the partner experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product, Platform, or Marketplace setting.

• You have practical experience with self-service platforms or partner-facing tools and comprehend digital user journeys.

• You merge a structured and analytical approach with a robust understanding of technical systems and platform logic.

• You thrive in collaborating with stakeholders across Business and Tech functions and appreciate open communication within international teams.
