• You will identify suitable specialists and executives for specific search mandates.

• You will discreetly and professionally reach out to candidates via phone.

• You will leverage modern recruiting methods such as active sourcing and social media recruiting.

• You will conduct interviews and applicant discussions independently.

• You will guide candidates throughout the entire application process.

• Optionally, you will develop your own client relationships and search mandates.
