This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Generate high-quality Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) from potential partner organizations throughout North America.
• Take ownership of the entire partner prospecting lifecycle, from pinpointing target accounts to arranging qualified meetings.
• Develop and sustain a steady pipeline of qualified partner opportunities.
• Conduct research to identify organizations with significant potential for strategic partnerships.
• Create structured target account lists based on market relevance, customer outreach, implementation capabilities, SaaS alignment, and revenue potential.
• Prioritize high-value prospects utilizing qualification frameworks and account scoring methodologies.
• Utilize AI-driven research tools, sales intelligence platforms, enrichment solutions, and automated outreach workflows to enhance prospecting efficiency.
• Perform AI-assisted account research and design highly personalized outreach campaigns.
• Customize messaging according to each partner's business model, service offerings, customer base, and market focus.
• Implement multi-channel outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other pertinent communication channels.
• Interact with decision-makers, including founders, alliance leaders, business development executives, practice heads, sales leaders, and partner managers.
• Maintain consistent follow-up schedules and nurture campaigns to optimize engagement.
• Qualify potential partners before handing off opportunities to internal partnership or sales teams.
• Ensure that every qualified opportunity includes the appropriate partner profile, engagement with key decision-makers, confirmed business interest, and scheduled discovery or partnership meetings.
• Keep accurate CRM records, detailed account notes, and comprehensive opportunity documentation.
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Partner Ecosystem, Channel Sales, Alliances, or B2B SaaS prospecting.
• Proven track record of generating outbound pipeline for North American markets.
• Strong understanding of partnership ecosystems that include consulting firms, system integrators, resellers, implementation partners, and managed service providers.
• Experience with CRM platforms and contemporary sales engagement tools.
• Exceptional research, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting and consultative outreach.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to identify high-value partnership opportunities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of thriving in a dynamic sales environment.
• Familiarity with AI-powered prospecting, sales intelligence, and automation platforms. (Preferred qualifications)
• Background in enterprise SaaS sales, channel partnerships, strategic alliances, or ecosystem development. (Preferred qualifications)
• Experience in developing outbound prospecting workflows from the ground up. (Preferred qualifications)
• Knowledge of account-based prospecting and partner qualification frameworks. (Preferred qualifications)
