Partner Enablement Manager – Marketplace

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will create and maintain a scalable knowledge base that serves as the primary enablement tool for our marketplace partners.

• You will design contemporary, user-friendly learning materials such as step-by-step guides, video tutorials, walkthroughs, and troubleshooting flows.

• You will collaborate closely with the Technical Integration team to convert practical onboarding insights into straightforward, accessible content.

• You will assess content performance, user interactions, and support inquiries to continually enhance content and broaden self-service resources.

• You will facilitate quicker partner activation and improve feature adoption through efficient content and communication strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in content strategy, enablement, or knowledge management.

• You have a strong grasp of technical concepts such as APIs, platforms, and integrations, and can articulate complex subjects clearly.

• You approach your work with a data-driven mindset, utilizing insights from content performance and user behavior to refine your efforts.

• You appreciate collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders and enjoy sharing ideas over coffee with colleagues from various teams.
