This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Play a crucial role in developing a scalable enablement ecosystem for marketplace partners.

• Operate at the crossroads of content, product, technical integrations, and partner experience.

• Design contemporary learning and communication formats that deliver significant impact.

• Convert intricate technical and operational processes into user-friendly and engaging content.

• Consistently enhance the partner onboarding experience.

• Shape and advance the Knowledge Base as a strategic asset to boost feature adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Develop and manage a scalable Knowledge Base as the primary enablement product for marketplace partners.

• Create captivating learning formats such as step-by-step guides, video tutorials, walkthroughs, and troubleshooting flows.

• Collaborate closely with the Technical Integration Team to translate onboarding insights into accessible and understandable content.

• Evaluate content performance, onboarding efficiency, and support requests to perpetually enhance self-service offerings and partner experience.

• Contribute to expedited partner activation and improved feature adoption through effective content and communication strategies.
