This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create and manage comprehensive training and certification programs for partners.
• Conduct engaging enablement sessions, workshops, and onboarding initiatives.
• Develop scalable curricula that enhance partner proficiency in Netomi’s CX and AI platform.
• Continuously improve programs based on participant feedback and identified performance gaps.
• Foster awareness and drive adoption among leading partners.
• Ensure that Netomi remains a priority and becomes ingrained within partner teams.
• Facilitate pilot initiatives and assist in early-stage deployments with partners.
• Serve as a vital link between partners and internal teams.
• Effectively communicate the economic advantages and ROI of Netomi solutions to partners.
• Assist in structuring and promoting certifications, incentives, and growth pathways.
• Support partner-driven opportunities across key strategic accounts.
• Oversee program operations, including scheduling, tracking, reporting, and certification progress.
• Navigate intricate organizational structures and internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution.
• Identify gaps in enablement and proactively implement effective solutions.
• Manage ambiguity and eliminate obstacles to ensure programs progress smoothly.
• 3–5+ years of experience in enablement, training, partner programs, or consulting.
• Demonstrated experience in leading or supporting training, certification, or onboarding initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with or alongside consulting firms or system integrators is preferred.
• Strong skills in program management and stakeholder engagement.
• Capability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
