This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• We are seeking our inaugural Partner Enablement Manager to establish the foundation for how ElevenLabs empowers, educates, and expands its global partner network.
• Formulate the strategy, develop the infrastructure, and actively execute as we grow.
• Design the learning framework that drives our partner initiatives — outlining the systems, standards, and infrastructure that allow partners to excel at scale.
• Convert our rapid product development into clear, impactful enablement that ensures partners can sell and deliver ElevenLabs as effectively as our internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with Partner Revenue Leads and the Partner Success Manager.
• Provide support to a worldwide network of resellers, systems integrators, and technology partners.
• Create content, conduct training, design e-learning modules, and adapt to different audiences as the business demands.
• Assist in defining the evolution of Partner Enablement as the ecosystem grows, documenting best practices, establishing operational rhythms, and influencing future team structures and hiring.
• 4–7+ years of experience in partner enablement, solutions engineering, implementation, customer enablement, sales enablement, partner programs, or GTM enablement within a SaaS or platform organization.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience enabling channel, services, or technology partners.
• Hands-on familiarity with APIs, webhooks, developer tools, and modern AI/ML platforms — capable of reading API documentation, executing a Postman collection, and credibly leading a technical workshop.
• Demonstrated experience in building enablement programs from the ground up in fast-paced environments.
• Comprehensive enablement skills: live facilitation, content creation, e-learning development, and presentation design.
• Strong grasp of B2B SaaS sales motions and partner-led growth.
• Experience in designing both live and self-serve training, including certification programs.
• Confident facilitator and presenter for global, external audiences.
• Robust stakeholder management skills across Revenue, Partner, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining and tracking enablement effectiveness.
• Comfortable working across global time zones and cultures.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
