• Collaborate with Channel, Partnerships, Sales, Product, and Partner Firms to advocate for product and integration development that aligns with customer needs.
• Work alongside Ramp Channel Partner Managers to demonstrate technical accounting features and benefits through tailored product demonstrations, workflow illustrations, and training materials to onboard and educate Ramp's partners.
• Assist partners in developing service packages aimed at Ramp customers, while identifying opportunities for client-advisory or managed-services. Create product solutions grounded in a thorough understanding of integration and configuration options, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Design, advise on, and validate custom API-based integrations between Ramp and third-party platforms, supporting partners in the design, development, and testing of reliable and scalable integrations.
• Assist Sales and Post-Sales teams in executing advanced technical and accounting implementations for Ramp in collaboration with Channel partners.
• Assess customer requirements for new partnership opportunities, evaluating Ramp's suitability through use-case analysis, ROI assessments, and technical evaluations during customer discovery.
• Collaborate with Channel, Product, Product Marketing, and Product Operations to develop and sustain technical assets and an internal knowledge base of customer use cases and best practices.
• Over 6 years of experience in Partner Architecture, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar customer-facing roles, with a focus on implementing business SaaS solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills: able to convert complex technical solutions into business value, guide customers toward scalable strategies, and tactfully navigate conversations when requests do not align with best practices or product capabilities.
• Experience in channel sales, particularly with SIs and ISVs, is highly preferred.
• Proficient in API architecture between finance-based software applications.
• Familiarity with IdP, HRIS, and/or ERP solutions. Expertise in accounting systems, controllership requirements, and finance/accounting workflows.
• Outstanding organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Strong abilities in engineering, system design, and technical specification writing.
• Proactive attitude, adaptability, and comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth startup setting.
