This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Spearhead Coupa’s partner strategy within your region by facilitating partner-driven pipeline development, deal execution, and regional alliance expansion.
• Take ownership of the partner-led sales model, enhancing pipeline and Annual Contract Value (ACV) through both resellers and strategic alliances.
• Oversee and empower key partners, ensuring steady pipeline creation and deal advancement across both existing and new accounts.
• Develop joint account plans in collaboration with partners and Coupa sales teams, aligned with regional growth objectives.
• Create new pipeline opportunities through partner-driven prospecting, field events, and marketing initiatives.
• Lead the forecasting process, pipeline assessment, and deal evaluations, ensuring precision in Salesforce and Clari.
• Assist with the complete sales cycle execution, which includes customer engagement, requests for proposals (RFPs), pricing strategies, and pre-sales assistance.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and partner performance assessments against shared targets.
• Initiate partner onboarding, training, and continuous learning to enhance selling capabilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between partners and Coupa sales teams, ensuring alignment and momentum in deals.
• Organize regional partner events and engage in executive interaction activities.
• Monitor and evaluate partner performance, pipeline vitality, and market trends to pinpoint growth avenues.
• 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, channel sales, or alliances.
• Demonstrated success in pursuing, closing, and forecasting enterprise deals.
• Experience in building or enhancing partner-led or indirect sales strategies.
• Strong comprehension of enterprise sales cycles and pipeline oversight.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and forecasting tools (such as Clari).
• Excellent relationship-building abilities and executive communication skills.
• Capability to function effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Fluency in FRENCH is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
